What is TRAIL?

The TRAIL program is a two-year, on-the-job, rotational leadership development program that will help put you on track to a dynamic and rewarding career at one of the top mortgage lenders in the U.S.

Is this an internship?

Absolutely not! As a TRAIL participant, you will be a full-time employee of NewRez and earn a competitive salary with excellent benefits. You will learn first-hand what it takes to be a success in the mortgage originations business, all within an upbeat and fun atmosphere!

What does TRAIL mean?

TRAIL stands for Tools Required for Advancement into Leadership. During an incredible and fast paced, 24-month period, you will be guided by successful and experienced mortgage pros (NewRez mentors) as you “rotate” through different departments and business disciplines within the Company. Along the way you will work with an amazing group of people that enjoy an incredible synergy.
