What does TRAIL mean?
TRAIL stands for Tools Required for Advancement into Leadership. During an incredible and fast paced, 24-month period, you will be guided by successful and experienced mortgage pros (NewRez mentors) as you “rotate” through different departments and business disciplines within the Company. Along the way you will work with an amazing group of people that enjoy an incredible synergy.

Interested in building a career in the mortgage industry with NewRez
Completed (or nearly completed) an undergraduate degree program from an accredited school
Earned (or will earn) a degree in accounting, analytics, business, economics, finance, or a related field
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Excellent abilities in presenting ideas and findings to a varied audience including staff and senior leadership
Strong attention to detail, an ability to multi-task, respond well to pressure and deadlines, and work well individually and in a collaborative environment
