Our Values:

At Newrez, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are principles through which we live, grow, and prosper. They empower us to be stronger together and active in the communities that we serve. We are steadfast in offering a work environment where each one of our employees is an equal partner and feels safe and comfortable.

Employee Resource Groups:

Our eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are created by and for employees to express their interests, provide a forum to educate their coworkers, promote understanding within and among the company, and advocate for groups brought together by shared characteristics, lived experiences, or common interests. 1 in 5 (or 20%) of our employees actively engages in our Newrez community through our Employee Resource Groups!

Our Commitment:

Neighborhood Outreach Works (NOW) describes our belief that positive change begins at the local level. Newrez NOW is the initiative we created to invest in the health, vibrancy, and sustainability of communities through charitable contribution, outreach, and participation. We are committed to the communities where our homeowners, employees and stakeholders live, work, and play across the country.

Volunteer Time Off

Newrez encourages employees to become involved in local communities, lending their most valuable resource—time—to support the projects, programs, and nonprofits with positive impacts. Every employee receives 8 hours of Volunteer Time Off to spend with a volunteer organization of their choosing.

NOW Grant Program

Supporting the charities that resonate strongly with employees is important to the Company. That’s why the Newrez NOW Grant program invites employees to apply for company-sponsored funds for local organizations. Since the start of 2023, we've funded 17 grants in support of local organizations making a big impact.

Community Councils

The Community Engagement Councils lead our Community Investment strategy at the local office level, making a focused impact in the communities where our offices are located. Council members strive to make positive change in their local communities, cultivate a culture of giving, and exemplify our core value of caring fiercely.

Company Gift Matching

Launched in 2020, our corporate matching donation program doubles individual donations with a dollar-for dollar company gift. Through this program, our generous employees supported over 450 of their favorite charities in 2023.

Affordable Housing

Our Mission and Professional Partners:

With the help of our professional partners, our Affordable Housing Team is expanding access to Affordable Housing and Equity in Home Ownership (AH&EHO), while advancing economic opportunities for minorities and Low to Moderate Income (LMI) communities. We are committed to being the best provider of affordable home and financing solutions for all communities. Our success in fostering partnerships and alliances with organizations help us to promote and ensure greater racial equity in the housing and finance industry.
