Newrez SVP of Marketing Bijoy John Earns 2022 HousingWire Marketing Leader Award

Mr. John started at Newrez in 2018 as the Vice President of Retention Marketing. Since joining the Company, he has been promoted several times and today serves as a Senior Vice President of Marketing. In recent months, Mr. John’s efforts and leadership have improved the quality and volume of qualified mortgage leads by transforming customer touchpoints, resulting in more new leads and refinances. He has also been crucial in guiding the consistency of recent large-scale rebranding, maintaining inbound call volume amind challenging market conditions and improving acquisition of mortgage leads notably through his AI-driven email engagement initiatives.
