Having an extensive 40 year plus career in the mortgage industry assisting First-Time homebuyers, Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-traditional investor/self-employed loan products and refinancing it is my goal is to use my mortgage expertise to help simplify the lending process with step-by-step guidance from application to closing. I am on this journey with you.
I have held multiple positions in my mortgage career starting at Seafirst Bank in 1983 in the servicing department processing partial/full reconveyances, encroachments and boundary line adjustments. I then transitioned for 20 years into loan processing and then underwriting to then transition into managing a mortgage department for a small community bank for nine years. I joined the Newrez team in November 2016.
