Spencer Mosness

Spencer Mosness is the Chief Legal & Risk Officer of Newrez LLC.

Mr. Mosness brings over 15 years of extensive experience managing legal, compliance, risk, and policy matters within the highly regulated mortgage banking industry. Prior to Newrez, Spencer’s experience includes being the former Deputy General Counsel at Stearns Lending LLC, the General Counsel at both Primary Capital Mortgage LLC and Premier Home Mortgage, Inc., and a Financial Services Partner at Costello Porter.

Mr. Mosness holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the University of Arizona and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and South Texas College of Law Houston.
