I would highly recommend Stephen and New Penn if you are in need of home refinance. Everybody I dealt with were professional and friendly!! I was very nervous and ignorant to this process and what it entailed actually. Stephen took his time, answered all my questions-some several times. He made sure I understood what was happening and what would happen next. Stephen was virtually holding my hand during this whole thing. The best part, and why I know he is trustworthy, is that he was very conservative on figures and pay outs. I was very happy with initial estimates.
