About Ryan

Ryan Attenson actually started his successful career in mortgage banking right out of college.  After graduating from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Ryan moved to New York and began trading mortgage backed securities on Wall Street. After several years, he returned home to Michigan where he started his own retail mortgage company.  Ryan focused on home builders, Realtors and first time home buyers, leveraging his knowledge in the Conforming, Jumbo, FHA, and VA loans to successfully close over $750 Million dollars in less than 10 years.

Ryan’s philosophy has been that he is in the business of providing superior client service, it juts happens that he does it as a mortgage lender!. Ryan doesn’t just quote interest rate and costs, he prides himself on listening to what the client truly wants in order to provide them with what is in their best interest. He prides himself in satisfying his clients by doing all he can to meet their closing timeline while leaving them with the memory that he is as invested in their success as they are.

Aside from living the mortgage banking business 7 days a week, Ryan calls Victoria Park in Fort Lauderdale home and is an avid golfer- when time allows. He is a foodie, loves to cook for friends and family and encouraging his daughter and son in their careers in North Carolina. We are proud Ryan is part of our team and you’ll be glad he is on yours!
