What Clients Say
“Paul Ulan -I would say he outdistanced by far any broker I have dealt with in over 40 years in the business. A real class guy and a gentleman..”
“I was thrilled when I learned that New Penn Financial could process a remortgage for me because I had run out of my retirement account and I was able to use the equity in my home to remortgage my home and pay off some high bills and have my taxes and house insurance included in my house payment and the new house payment is slightly lower than my original mortgage. I can now manage my social security income while being able to afford my house payment and enjoy a stress free retirement. Thank you.”
“This is the second loan I've closed with New Penn this year. Paul Ulan has been awesome to work with -- and my loan processor, Christopher Rauchet was fabulous. I highly recommend both.”
“Paul, I just want to say thank you for everything you did to get my mortgage. My old mortgage company rejected me. My bank said no too. You said yes even when I doubted you. You calmed me down and told me it would happen. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I’m going to tell everyone about you. Thank you so much.”
"I would like to take this opportunity to tell you that I just closed on my Real Estate Loan with Paul Ulan. I have worked with a lot of people on a lot of different things, but Paul Ulan has been one of the best people I have ever worked with. Not only does he know the financial business, but also he makes you feel like he is working just for you, and you are one of the family. I would, and do, highly recommend Paul for doing one great job." -
"I am writing you in regards to an outstanding employee of New Penn Financial. I started working with Paul about a year and a half ago when we were considering refinancing our house in Miamisburg, Ohio. That did not come to pass. Paul and I began my new journey to purchasing a home last June. I had a couple of stumbling blocks that needed to be resolved so things were put on hold until October. I have since purchased and closed ont he house yesterday. I could not have done this without Paul. He was much more than a 'Loan Processor'. At times Paul had to be my therapist because the process was not easy (through no fault of his own) and he had to deal with my issues which he did in a professional manner. We also had to deal with delays and delays on the seller's part. We had established a close date. Because of all the delays I was sure we would not meet that date. Paul kept assuring me we would, and we did. Paul has been absolutely great to work with. His professionalism is beyond reproach. Everything he said he would do he did. New Penn Financial should be glad that they have an employee such as Paul representing them. I will be recommending him to any of my friends considering either buying a new home or refinancing their current home. Again, it has been a fantastic experience working with Paul."
