I recently applied for a home refinancing loan with New Penn Financial. The loan officer I had the pleasure of working with was Myles Corbett and I couldn't be more pleased with the way he handled everything. The loan closed in just over two weeks, start to finish! From the very beginning Myles stayed on top of the process - he kept me informed as to what was going to be needed from me, so I was able to gather all my documents ahead of time and have them ready - he called me almost every day to let me know how the loan was progressing and to let me know if any additional information was needed from me - towards the end of the loan process when an issue did arise, he was able to resolve it quickly, and to my satisfaction - also last but certainly not least, I was always able to reach him by phone if I needed to. I feel very fortunate that Myles Corbett was the person who answered the phone the day I first called New Penn Financial. It was certainly a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a loan!
