My husband and I recently refinanced our mortgage to pay off some student debt from our daughter. The first phone call I made to get information about doing this was answered by Myles Corbett and that was the only call I made. From that first call, I knew Myles truly wanted to help us and make the process as easy as possible. He succeeded ten times over. From collecting our information, to setting up the appraisal and keeping us advised about each step of the process, he was tremendous!! I recently applied for a home refinancing loan with New Penn Financial. The loan officer I had the pleasure of working with was Myles Corbett and I couldn't be more pleased with the way he handled everything. The loan closed in just over two weeks, start to finish! From the very beginning Myles stayed on top of the process - he kept me informed as to what was going to be needed from me, so I was able to gather all my documents ahead of time and have them ready - he called me almost every day to let me know how the loan was progressing and to let me know if any additional information was needed from me - towards the end of the loan process when an issue did arise, he was able to resolve it quickly, and to my satisfaction - also last but certainly not least, I was always able to reach him by phone if I needed to. I feel very fortunate that Myles Corbett was the person who answered the phone the day I first called New Penn Financial.
