What Clients Say
I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for your hard work on getting my loan approved!!! It was an absolute pleasure working with you on this whole thing. You were a Rockstar from start to finish, extremely professional and on the ball!!! I would highly recommend you and have already to a couple of my friends. Best experience I’ve ever had with this process and I thank you again. You're the best Mike!!!!
I want to thank you for all of your help in refinancing my home. I almost felt like I was talking to a friend on the phone. You took the time to explain to me anything I wasn't able to understand and even called me to check on how everything was going. I am very thankful for people such as yourself who go above and beyond. Sincerely
I have wanted to refinance my home mortgage for quite some time now and I have made some inquiries online, but after being bombarded with phone calls each time I kept putting if off. Finally, I spoke with Mike from New Penn and there was a confidence to him that kept me interested. He did not put on a sales pitch, but instead let me ask questions, and I had a lot. As a physician, I work in a busy emergency room and have a chaotic schedule which changes daily. Mike was able to work around my schedule, which made the already stressful process that much easier. He was extremely efficient and walked me through the entire process. Every time someone emailed looking for another document or form he either “handled it” or waited until I had time to get it done. Every question I had Mike took the time to explain the fine details until I understood. I could not be happier with my process of refinancing and I recommended it to anyone considering it. I could not have done this with the patience of Mike and his team, thanks for making the process as smooth and painless as can be.
It was a pleasure refinancing with you. You are a great guy with a great personality. Thanks for providing me with excellent service. You showed me that you are on my team, holding my hand every step of the way. You were always available on the phone, via email, even via text to answer my questions and to guide me to the finish line. I hope New Penn Financial treats you as well as you deserve. I am very happy that I've met you. Hope we keep in touch.
A local outside resource referred us to Michael Ramsey at New Penn Financial, when we ran into an issue with our mortgage. Three local banks in our area would not help us. Michael let us tell our story, looked over all our records & paper work to make sure that he was able to provide help. From the get go he supported us 100%, and went to bat for us every step of the way. He supported us with vital information about his mortgage process and products, guided us through the transition phase to become New Penn Financial customers. We are happy with all the care to every detail and support he gave us to help us keep our home and enjoy the American dream of being a homeowner! In overview he is our hero! When my husband spoke to Michael Ramsey and presented all the required documents and the history of our loan, Michael could not believe what our existing lender was doing to us. He could not let them take our house away. He went to bat for us; stood up to our bank, got the support of his team behind him, and pulled us out of rough waters. We are so grateful and owe him a world of THANKS! Michael is still helping us fight the good fight, and we still have our happy home! We highly recommend Michael to others for his outstanding customer service and his untiring determination to help people achieve the American Dream! HUGE THANKS TO MICHAEL! They say “the world works in mysterious ways” well Michael was sent as a messenger from above!
I would like to thank you for the work you did and assistance you provided in my recent refinance loan transaction. You were professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer a question or to discuss my loan. I definitely will be recommending you and New Penn Financial to my friends and colleagues.
Thank you Michael Ramsey very much for your help in refinancing our home loan. You’ve gone way beyond refinancing. You structured a loan that will help me payoff my home when I retire. Thanks again Mr. Ramsey
It has been a pleasure working with Mike on our loan. He's a very knowledgeable person, always knows just what to say and is able to answer whatever questions I may have. Also, he has a great personality, can't ask for anything more.
Mike was kind, considerate, thoughtful and easy to work with. He always stayed in contact with us and walked us through the process from beginning to end. Mike always returned our phone calls. Most importantly Mike was honest and truthful about the loan process, all the loan fees and loan terms, without any unwelcoming surprises. Thank you so much for that! We have referrred our parents to work with you. Sincerely,
I had the pleasure to work with Mike Ramsey on my refinance. He is a very professional and caring person. Would recommend him to anyone looking to refinance a loan. Thank you Mike Ramsey.
