Lacey Hood with New Penn was great! He got me the best rate on a 15 year loan on my house. He was able to get me and Tim a good home insurance low premium and rolled it in with my loan. And we didn't have to pay any closing cost. Also my escrow is figured into my mortgage, so we don't have to worry about it at the end of the year. Everything went very smoothly thanks to Lacey Hood. I would highly recommend Mr. Hood for refinancing or buying a house.
