" The money just hit my account Joe. I just want to take a minute and say thanks for all your attention to detail you've stuck by me from day one and I appreciate that no other company followed through with what they promised. I went through 15 companies before I found you and I never felt abandoned. You walked me through every step and I really appreciate it. You even gave me your cell phone number and worked on weekends even calling me on your vacation. It's hard to find people who work that hard anymore! Thanks for everything you've done. I really appreciate it. "
" Joe Kraynak and his team did a great job and I will refer you to others. Thank you. "
" I do want to commend the representative who handled our application, Joseph Kraynak. Joe was on top of every step of the process, kept me advised of the status all along, and worked closely to quickly resolve any and all needs for additional information. Whether through email or phone communication, Joe handled everything in a very professional manner and really gave me the feeling that he and New Penn were interested in taking care of my needs. He made sure that I was able to contact him in multiple ways, and that I received a quick response to any questions or concerns. Throughout the process, I was made to feel important and valued as a customer. "
