I first contacted Mr. Whedbee around Aug/Sep of last year concerning my desire to refinance. Mr. Whedbee looked at my credit situation and said, "Mrs. Moses at this time we can’t help you." He did offer pointers to guide me to be in the position to receive a refinance loan. I went to work on paying down my creditors and my score was slowly climbing.
