Accessing the Portal: Quick and Secure
To create your online account on Newrez.com:
- Click “Sign In” in the upper right corner of the website, then click “Sign Into Your Account” under the Newrez logo.
- There, you will have the option to click “Create An Account.” Enter your personal information, agree to the terms and conditions and click “Create An Account.”
- Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be asked to authenticate your account via SMS or voice authentication. Click “Send Code” to receive a code to your cellphone, enter the code in our online portal and click “Verify.”
Stay Informed: View Your Loan Details Anytime
Once you log in, viewing your loan details is simple. Login brings you to the “My Loans” landing page, where you can view loan information by clicking on your loan number. This takes you to your “Loan Status” page, where you can view the latest status of your loan and receive real-time updates.
Tracking Tasks: What’s Needed and What’s Done
To find out what you need to get done in order to move your application along, click on “View My Tasks” on the “Loan Status” page. If our team needs any information or documentation from you, this information will be listed here.
- New tasks will appear under the “New” tab on your Tasks page.
- Once you submit your documents, they will appear under the “Submitted” tab.
- Our team will move submitted information to “Accepted” once it’s been verified.
- If your documents are not accepted for any reason, we will move your documents back to your New tasks. Our team can leave notes in the comments section to tell you what may need to be fixed or updated.
- You will receive frequent updates via email about the status of your tasks.
Uploading Documents Is Fast, Easy and Secure
Need to upload large documents for your loan application? You can upload documents directly to your New Tasks by clicking “Upload.”
You can upload documents in the following formats:

- PNG
Everything you upload goes straight into your loan file, so you don’t have to worry about delays to your application.

If you want to look at everything you’ve submitted, view your documents under the “Documents” tab on the left side of your screen, and your documents will be listed under “My Documents.”
