New Penn Financial to Expand in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (July 22, 2015) National lender New Penn Financial LLC announced today it is expanding its operations in the Milwaukee market and has immediate job openings for a variety of positions including underwriters, processors, and originators. The company will host a job fair on Monday, July 27 from 12 noon to 1:00 pm CST at the Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board to meet prospective candidates and accept resumes.
“We have made a strategic decision to expand our footprint in the Midwest and grow our presence in Milwaukee,” said Corey Caster, Senior Vice President of Shelter Mortgage, the Milwaukee-based subsidiary of New Penn Financial. “Milwaukee has been a very strong market for us and we are excited to build upon our success here.”
New Penn Financial acquired Shelter Mortgage Company, a full-service mortgage lender headquartered in Milwaukee, in September 2014. Since then, New Penn has continued to grow adding close to 40 branch locations across the country, and launching several new strategic partnerships with real estate companies on the West Coast and in the Midwest.
