For several reasons, the mortgage process took a while-- I'd recently switched jobs, my wife was due with our second child-- there was a lot to cover. Susannah always-- every time we spoke-- had to answer a cavalcade of questions from me, some of them productive, others probably not. But she treated me and my family with unwavering patience and always had helpful answers to my many, many questions.
