Shelly Scheuer

Hello, my name is Shelly Scheuer, and I have been in the mortgage business since 1998. Recognizing that each customer has specific needs, I will utilize my expertise along with superior "in-house-local" processing, underwriting, and closing functions, to meet those needs; assuring a smooth process from application to closing. What sets me apart from the competition is my core belief that providing smart financing options in everyday language is the number one priority and my philosophy is to listen to each customer’s needs and respond to those needs efficiently and effectively. I also believe that communication and focusing on the individual transaction are the keys to building strong relationships with borrowers and business partners alike. I was born and raised in Cincinnati and currently live in Cincinnati with my husband Mark, 2 children and 4 grandkids. I enjoy spending free time with my family, playing golf and running marathons.
