Buyer Reviews
Sam Williams is the one that made the experience GREAT. Sam took care of a couple of little issues that appeared to be holding up the final loan approval. Great to have someone that cares originating loans.
Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly/approachable. Throughout the entire process he was willing to check and make sure we were going with the loan that was best for us and, being first time home buyers, we probably had a lot more Qs and concerns than most and he was always willing to answer our Qs. We’re so thankful to have home through this process.
Constantly going above and beyond for you
The communication and ability to contact anyone was immediate and answered all our questions timely.
Sam from beginning to end advised us of all our options in a way we could understand. When things changed towards the end he adjusted seamlessly and ran numbers every which way to make sure we had options to choose from that made the most sense for us. When our realtor was giving us sub par service it felt good knowing we had Sam in our corner. He was always easy to reach when we had questions. This is our second purchase with Sam and we will continue to give him our business if we purchase again. I will always recommend Sam to everyone I know.
