Buying a new home is a very stressful event, Russell could not have made the process smoother. Thanks
Hi Russ, we are happy new home owners thanks to you and New Penn Financial. We are very happy with the interest rate and the whole process was easy for us. We appreciate your professionalism and would highly recommend you to someone else looking to buy a home. Sincerely
When deciding if to refinance my primary home I hesitated remembering the pain staking process I’ve endured in the past because of my rental properties. But I thought I would give it a try and stop the process if I became to frustrated. However, I can honestly say, Russell Allen of New Penn Financial made my refinance experience a piece of cake…just as he promised. From our first conversation he explained each and every option that was available to me and I never felt pressured into any decision. I am a high maintenance client but Russell never made me feel that way. He’s knowledgeable, courteous and works with a client first attitude. My many phone calls and emails were always answered (and promptly) and handled in a very professional manner. He was exceptionally patient and very thorough. When he learned of my family members passing, he immediately expressed his condolences. Even now that the deal is done I would still feel 100% comfortable calling Russell with any questions. He extended his expertise beyond the scope of the business deal and I look forward to working with him during my future mortgage loan needs. He delivered on everything he told me and more. I feel I have not only gained a lifetime mortgage consultant but I feel I’ve also gained a friend. That is how Russell makes you feel. I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends. Thanks for everything Russell!! Also, GIVE HIM A BONUS!!

Good Morning Mr. Russell, I am writing to thank you and your company for a job well done. Guess what? you really made it happen. You did everything in your power to make the refinancing process a very smooth and stress free experience. I know that, for the rest of my life, I will always come to NEW PENN (especially to both Mr. Allen and Mr. Crusse) for all my mortgage issues.
