Very helpful, if it can be done they will accommodate. I had tried to refi with another lender, two days before we were to close, they said that the deal was done. That process took almost three months. I received a letter from New Penn Financial, what got me to call was that it said, "Let's see what we can help you with." So I did, and met Phil. He is the best, he answered all of my question or got the answer promptly. With the old lender, I had to sit in on three way calls with utilities, prior lender and car loan holders to tell the lender I was never late on a payment and up to date. I was told I had great credit score. Then the deal died. When I spoke to Phil about the reason, he said it should have never affected my loan process. Using New Penn Financial, my deal closed in less than three weeks, great teamwork!
