What Clients Say
From the first time I spoke with Jason Bowman, I knew this was the right person to do my refinance. And with that, the right company, New Penn Financial. I have worked with other mortgage consultants. None have been as clear in explanation and concise in timeliness and responsibility in representing the interests of their client. He was always available and willing to answer questions and responded in a short time period. The methods used by New Penn Financial for signing are current technology and the lawyer who did my closing was as efficient and professional as Mr. Bowman. All and all I fully recommend this company and their methods to other potential mortgage customers.
Purchasing a home can be a very exciting but stressful experience. Add to that flawed credit and it adds even more stress and anxiety. I dreaded the entire application process. I had spoken to a mortgage consultant a few months prior from a different company that made me feel horrible about my credit situation and didn’t give me a whole lot of hope. My experience with Jason Bowman was the complete opposite! He didn’t make me feel bad, if anything he was very encouraging. Jason was extremely attentive, very responsive to my many questions (and trust me there were many) and an utter pleasure to deal with. He said from our first call “I work for you,” and he wasn’t kidding! From start to finish it was a breeze! Thank you, Jason for such top notch service!!!!!
I am glad I came across Jason for my refinancing. He made the refinancing a painless experience. He delivered what he promised (which another top of the line bank could not match), with minimal paperwork from me and in no time. Everything was done on line and we had friendly exchanges during the process, which made it a pleasant experience. He is a great guy to do business and you can depend on him to deliver 100%. He always answers his phone and if he is busy he will call you right back. Wish him the very best of luck and hope to do business with him again in the future."
