Buyer Reviews
David is the absolute best!!! This is our second time using David for purchasing a home. When we lived in California he helped us so much as he made the process so simple and explained everything. After our relocation to Florida we talked to a few companies but there was something missing. As we were not trusting of the information presented from other companies ,I wasn’t sure if David was able to help but I was so impressed from the process in California, I decided to call and just ask some questions. Me and my wife are in the military so when changed duty stations, it was refreshing to know we have a person to call that will give us the best service and answer all our questions. The best thing about David is he does exactly what he says he is going to do and more!!!! David answered every single question we had ( and there were a lot) and we never felt like we were talking to a salesperson at all!!! His advice and professionalism is exactly what we needed for this purchase. When my troops and colleagues ask me about purchasing a home or any financial guidance , I am directing them to David Lodder!!!
David was able to explain the process and keep me calm as we navigated this loan home purchase process.Never out of contact. went above and beyond to satisfy any question i had.
