Immigrated from the Dominican Republic to the United States (Bronx, NY) at 14 years old, then moved to Atlantic City, NJ with my mother & sister for better job opportunities. While working in the Atlantic City, NJ Hotel & Casinos and as a local Realtor Estate agent, I found the mortgage business and became a loan consultant at 26, while in between purchased my first home at 25!
With over 20 years of experience as a residential mortgage loan consultant, I know the ins and outs of various loan products to fit my diverse client base including affordable mortgage solutions and down payment assistance programs. From a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned homeowner, as a believer of “knowledge is power”, I’ll not only walk them through the mortgage process, but also explain it along the way.
Today my business thrives on past client’s referrals and established Real Estate agents, yet I strive to reach the future generation of homeowners and Real Estate agents. I'm proud to have been included in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators & Newrez (prev. Caliber Home Loans) Circle of Excellence.
I’m just as proud to have completed Freddie Mac® CreditSmart® Coach’s Certified Facilitator training, which equips me to teach the CreditSmart® Essentials financial capability curriculum to share steps and provide resources to become a homeowner while planning for sustainable homeownership and financial well-being.
