Maria Saldivar

Born and raised in Texas, Maria has called Southwest Florida home for the past 20 years. 

Maria is a fully licensed Mortgage Loan Originator who joined our Newrez SW Florida Mortgage Team because she wanted to work in a team environment where she not only felt supported but also had the mortgage products necessary to provide her clients with the best loan for their home purchase.  “I am proud to be part of one of the largest and most financially sound mortgage banks in America, where I have the tools and the training to be the best at my profession,” says Maria.  Working alongside, Lynn Nemes, one of the most respected and successful loan officers in Florida, she is part of a truly dynamic duo! Maria is passionate about helping families make their dream of homeownership come true and making the mortgage process as smooth as possible. 

  When not working or studying, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband Erick and their two beautiful children. She loves going to the beach, listening to the waves, and enjoying our amazing Southwest Florida sunrises and sunsets. We are proud Maria is part of our Newrez team, you will be glad she is on yours.
