I had worked with another lender prior to working with Tessie. The other lender was very unprofessional and there was virtually no communication from the other lender. I cancelled the loan because I was very unhappy with the poor service from the other lender. A friend referred me to Tessie. She was very responsive from the very beginning and kept me updated throughout the process. I appreciate that she was open and provided loan options that would best suit my needs. I will continue to work with Tessie on future purchases and will be referring my clients to her.
Communication was always very thorough, Tessie was always available to take my calls and questions.
