Buyer Reviews
I really appreciate that Don stuck with me for the 1.5 years it took me to find a house where my offer would be accepted. He was ready to send my approval letter as soon as I made offers, and I appreciated that he looked at places I was interested in and gave great advice!
This is our second mortgage process with Don, the first time was a refinance theach time I need an information well in advance of the transaction and during the communications 2nd was new mortgage. He was always anvailable to talk. He would request and provide detailed information to make important financial decisions. There was a lot of back and forth over a 8 month period as we investigated properties and potential mortgage option and costs. We highly recommend Don as a mortgage broker.
Everything was very easy. Staff was very responsive to any questions and got back to us right away.
Don was extremely helpful and it felt like we were all in this together! I really appreciate what Don did for me. Thank you so much
