Debbie holds a loan originator license and coordinates the entire loan process from pre-approval through to a timely closing. Throughout the process she is in constant contact with borrowers, agents, and third-party companies to keep everyone well informed and up to date every step of the way. With over 30 years in Banking, Real Estate and Mortgage lending, she has been on every side of the transaction and knows what it takes to get a transaction to closing with confidence.. She will find the best program for your personal financial needs and she will make sure that each client’s home financing process is as efficient and seamless as possible Our office is local and we have in house processing, underwriting and closing backed by a national company that will keep and service 99% of loans. Debbie has a daughter, Chloe, that graduated from Indiana University and recently located to North Carolina to work in Marketing and Advertising. Debbie has lived, worked and raised her family in Indiana and has worked in the local market for over 27 years.
