Buyer Reviews
Brian was quick, responsive, informative, and kept us posted every step of the way. I was never concerned that the process wasn’t being handled impeccably.
Brians quick responses and his reminders when we forgot to sign a document. The links were helpful because they often saved my initials or signature so it was easy to sign subsequent documents.
Brain has ALWAYS been on top of everything. He was kind enough to answer every basic question we had. He kept us informed through the process and was prompt whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
Brian made the loan process seamless and stress-free. He took care of the whole process from start to finish and was readily available to answer all our questions and make any needed adjustments. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone needing a home loan!
We weren't expecting to make an offer on a house when something unique came in the market and we had to scrambled to make an offer. Our real estate agent, Matt Gallanar, referred us to Brian with high regard. Brian was able to get us pre-approved in around a day. During this time he was very responsive, polite and used multiple lane of communication to make sure things didn't slip. After our offer was accepted we had a bit more work cut out for us to establish RSU income but Brian was able to navigate through the red tape. Due to the varying nature of RSU policies and inconsistent underwriter expectations, this was an tedious and iterative process between the underwriters, Brian and my self. It took a bit of work but we were able to demonstrated income through vesting schedules, past vesting history, and screen captures of active grants.
