" I would like to take this opportunity to express a deep appreciation for the experience we had with New Penn Financial and especially with Roger Whaley. We have used Roger Whaley on two different mortgage loan needs that we had. Our first experience with Roger was with the refinance of our primary residence in Wilmington, Delaware. He went over our options with our loan and was responsive to all questions and if he need to seek other resources in finding the answer he would respond timely with the answers. During our frequent interactions with Roger we discussed our rental property and the possibilities of refinance that property since it carried a higher interest rate. We both agreed that once the primary residence refinance was complete we then would work on the rental property. A couple of months later, Roger gave us a call to remind us of our conversation about refinancing the rental property. He gave us the current interest rates which were significantly lower than we were currently paying. I also explained that the loan was originally financed with my ex-husband. Roger suggested seeking out legal advice. After a couple of months I had the order to remove his name from the mortgage and we could pursue the refinance of the property. Again our experience was just as pleasant as the first time, even though this was no easy task to do. Roger represents New Penn Financial in the best of light. "
" Roger did a great job and was very professional throughout the process. Much appreciated. "
" Roger Whaley did a great job walking me through the process and working with the team on your end to settle any issues and get the loan approved. "
" Roger Whaley was a delight to work with. He was always available and made me feel like he was a part of my team to find the best options for me. His energy and positive attitude definitely kept me going with a smile on my face. "
" Decided to go w/New Penn when received mailer back in Jan and talked to Roger Whaley who did such a great job! Because Roger worked above and beyond for me I will recommend him to anyone!! always keeping me informed at every turn and reaching out to even seller's realtor to get things done "
" Roger Whaley was excellent in keeping me informed throughout the entire application process with an end benefit well beyond my expectations. Thank you New Penn Financial. "
" Roger, I wanted to thank you for an awesome job on my recent mortgage refinance. Since this is the second time I have refinanced my mortgage with New Penn Financial, you already know I was happy with the service and knowledge you previously provided. As expected, I was not disappointed the second time. I truly appreciate the customer service and knowledge you provided during the refinance process. A question never went not answered. I was always informed on the status of my loan. New Penn Financial’s process was extremely efficient and flexible which was very helpful with a crazy schedule. You went above and beyond to provide additional information and assistance and that is greatly appreciated!! Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting at New Penn Financial was friendly, professional and made me feel like a valued client!! I highly recommend the New Penn Financial!! "
" Great service. Delivered everything that was offered. Great new rate. "
" I started talking with Roger back in January when we received info in the mail regarding refinancing our home. We did not do anything with that home and at the end of February my husband was laid off from work. We decided to sell our home, downsize and move. When we found a home we chose to purchase I reached out to Roger due to our conversations in January and how I was impressed. This purchase ended up being a bit of a nightmare due to the realtor and some other issues, but I just wanted to let you know how very much we appreciated Roger and how much he went above and beyond! Over and over he would talk to the seller’s realtor trying to get things moving forward, and working all the issues through with other difficulties like transfer of job for me and getting info for your underwriting dept. We will surely recommend Roger to our friends and family. "
" Just want to thank you so much for all the help you gave us in obtaining the funds from the refinance so quickly. You have no idea what a burden you have worked so hard to lift off of our shoulders by getting rid of [another mortgage lender]! They have given us so much grief, sleepless nights and anguish – it is great to be able to finally know that we will be able to continue to live in our home. Thank you just doesn’t seem adequate. We truly do appreciate all of the hard work you have done. . Have already given one of your cards to a family member – don’t know for sure if anything will become of it, but anyway just want you to know we did give one out – and will continue to give them out whenever we possibly can. So many thanks to you for all of your help. You were so helpful to us during our many conversations – sometimes interrupted by our 3 ‘kids’ which I do apologize for – you truly had the patience of job helping us out. Being elderly we have found more times than not that when speaking on the phone the people on the other end do not have the patience to handle our questions and concerns. So many thanks to you for all of your patience. Just to let you know, we just found out that we are going to be grandparents again! New baby is due on Mother’s Day, 2015! God bless you and thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.” "
