About Nathan

With over 10 years in the residential refinance and purchase mortgage industry, Nathan has accumulated experience in all types of residential mortgage lending. He has been part of the NewRez team for over 6 years. He is very well versed in all aspects of Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loan programs. Nathan has passed the National Mortgage Licensing Test as well as being individually licensed in GA, FL, MD, PA, MA, RI, VA, and NJ. Nathan has completed all continuing education courses that are required as part of his licensing.

Nathan’s specialty is always communicating with his borrowers so they understand and are comfortable with every step in the lending process. He prides himself on providing great customer service through his communication and knowledge of the mortgage industry. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, he worked in the food and beverage industry opening several well-established restaurants learning invaluable customer relations. Nathan’s personable approach has enabled him to place his customers at ease as they work together through the buying or refinancing processes and earned him one of the highest rates of return customers and referrals in the company.

Nathan enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys sports and water activities in his spare time.
